INCOME SURVEYS
Because income surveys are used to determine eligibility for grants tied to Low/Moderate Income (LMI) and Median Household Income (MHI) levels, it is essential that survey results accurately reflect the makeup of your community (or the specific area in which a proposed project will be implemented). Our surveys, which take a closer look at communities to provide more accurate hardship levels, often increase grant eligibility.
We reach out to often overlooked pockets of the community to ensure a level of inclusivity in which all households are counted; knocking on doors where survey response rates are low to ensure the survey is accurate. Our goal is to obtain the lowest possible MHI. Generally, a low MHI equates to more state and federal funding.

MUNICIPAL CONSULTING
